Running Club

Mr Long and Mr Jeffries have started a lunchtime running club to promote:

• Health and Fitness - linked to our curriculum 
• Mental well-being - linked to the 5 Key to Happiness and Wellbeing
• Resilience - linked to the 4Rs (Resilience, Reflection, Resourcefulness, Reciprocity)

Each week we will run for half an hour and gently build up stamina to complete the 5k Witney Parkrun.
